Marketing and Business Development Specialist
Marketing & BD:
Supporting the development of client opportunities by drafting and coordinating international pitches/proposals, credentials, capability statements, CVs, brochures and presentations by using relevant tools and portals (training to be provided).
Coordinating profile raising initiatives, including managing communication campaigns (newsletters, alerts), clients’ events, etc.
Managing submissions for international legal directories.
Holding the firms’ events – preparing the list of invitees, invitations and relevant marketing materials
Coordinate, track status of various business development initiatives
Other duties as may be assigned to fully meet the requirements of the position
Other support:
Editing legal and business documents, drafting letters – consistent with the Firm’s guidelines
Supporting lawyers in initiating telecommunications; organizing client conferences, and attorney meetings;
Supporting attorneys by communicating and obtaining information; following-up on delegated assignments; knowing when to act and when to refer matters to attorney.
Preparing engagement agreements with the clients based on the existing templates, conducting conflict check, and finalizing client onboarding process based on Firm’s guidelines (training to be provided)

Requirements:
Experience & qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marking or business administration (MBA is preferable)
2-3 years’ experience in a similar role in an international company / law, accounting or consultancy firm
High level of English and Azerbaijani. We also rate positively the high level of Russian or other languages
Excellent writing and analytical skills
Must have strong communication and presentation skills, with strong attention to detail, organizational and project management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Fine
Fine attention to detail
Enthusiastic and proactive
Professional with great discretion
Team player with good interpersonal skills
You are able to adapt to an international environment and eager to grow both professionally and personally with us
