OFFSHORE and UFR Package Manager
ACCOUNTABILITIES:

The job holders must possess strong experience in Offshore design and installation / pipelaying, and be able to identify, control and manage risks related to her or his scope of work and highlight any opportunities.
This includes adhering to the Company Code of Conduct, Vision, Values and Behaviours, as supported by the Safe System of Working including Accountability of Safety.
The Job holder shall:
 lead the design and specification of subsea Umbilical and Flowlines for the FEED studies, including shore pull and interface up to the beach valve. Provide support as required for the onshore pipeline up to CPF (Centralized Processing Facilities).
 To ensure the correct definition of the reference framework applied to the studies, the correct definition/identification of the list of deliverables expected at the end of the study, in line with the desired estimation class,
 To monitor/supervise engineering studies in line with safety engineering requirements, participate in technical reviews, review/audit the technical elements provided as part of the EPC cost estimate,
 To oversee the design of Umbilical and Flowlines, including procurement, fabrication and installation of the UFR systems and the Subsea Automatic Pig launcher (SAPL, in cold flow concept)
 To ensure adequate inputs for the LLI definitions and associated CFT
 To ensure FEED deliverables are of high quality for EPC CFT
 To carry out or participate in the Value Engineering necessary to optimize the technical engineering file, make it coherent before entering the FEED or EPC phases,
 To promote proven engineering solutions to ensure the safety, operation and maintenance of installations; support innovative solutions when they lead to CAPEX and/or OPEX optimizations,
 To participate in technical reviews, HAZID, HAZOP, workshops, ad hoc meeting as appropriate
 To ensure the timely review (as per Contract agreements) of the FEED Contractor engineering documents by Project team and approve deliverables. She/He will be in charge of arbitration process or taking a decision when required, based on the inputs from the discipline leaders.
 To ensure that the selected UFR design is fully integrated within the subsea system architecture, providing all required system functional, interface, installation and operational requirements
 Identify, monitor and expedite interfaces with other packages (if any) development that may affect the project planning and the plant integrity/operability
 Knowledgeable of UFR components, fabrication, testing including qualification testing, manufacturing testing and production testing requirements throughout the product lifecycle
 Knowledge of the relevant installation techniques
 Initiate and coordinate dedicated studies, workshops and project technical reviews with the support of discipline Engineers
 To contribute to the tendering process, Exhibits preparation and participate in technical clarifications phase for URF EPC Call For Tender, as well as support to Offshore Chemical Storage Platform, SPS & SAPL, as well as CPF Call For Tenders due to existing interfaces.
 To provide technical guidance and mentorship to Engineers.
 To ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
 Ensure any technical query and deviation requests are accurately monitored, replied to, and expedited in an appropriate timeframe
 Prepare and complete the close-out report with associated lessons learned, return of experience and support Claim management during the Project and at the end of the Project.
To properly report to FEED manager the progress of the FEED contractor, any technical issue or blocking points in a timely manner.

Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:

Minimum Education: Engineer/ Engineering degree or other relevant and recognized qualification
Minimum Experience: 15+ years proven experience in major oil and gas project.
 Extensive Design and Offshore installation experience.
 Strong offshore operations management background is essential.

Required Skills /Certifications:

 Major Oil and Gas project developments knowledge and experience.
 Eye for detail, quality assurance and analytical working are paramount for this key role. Excellent organizational ability
 Requires team spirit with ability to work closely with various stakeholders including diverse international teams, vendors & subs, affiliates, HQ, etc.
 Ability to demonstrate initiative and tenacity and have excellent communication skills.
 Demonstrated experience in leading onshore & offshore hydrocarbon field development projects.
 Must have at least ten (10) years of experience in a similar position for international Oil & Gas industries.
 TotalEnergies experience is key advantage.

Language Requirements:

 Fluent English mandatory.
