ACCOUNTABILITIES:

The job holders must possess strong experience in Onshore Central Processing Facility (CPF), and identify, control and manage all project risks including operational, commercial and financial. Meeting milestones embodied within the project. Performing all duties in line with Company procedures.
 To lead the design and specification of the CPF package for the FEED studies including LLI definition and EPC CFT
 Ensure proper and effective planning and execution of each assigned activities.
 Ensure that all deliveries are according to the contract and optimal for the FEED and project.
 Close follow-up of subcontractor’s performance and progress.
 Manage and track Variation Orders (Requests) towards Clients and Subcontractors.
 Ensure respect of the costs according to Budget.
 Perform subcontract follow-up according to company Project Execution Model.
 Ensure high quality and efficient project team execution by being a real motivator for a satisfactory global performance.
 Ensure completion and management of the Project Master Document Register.
 Strong Civil Work management on Geotech risks and regulatory constraints throughout the project, proposing innovative technical solutions and ensuring proper coordination of different phases of the project
 Familiar with applicable regulations, codes and standards.
 Provide technical leadership to ensure that applicable procedures and standards are followed.
 To ensure the correct definition of the reference framework applied to the studies, the correct definition/identification of the list of deliverables expected at the end of the study, in line with the desired estimation class,
 To carry out or participate in the Value Engineering necessary to optimize the technical engineering file, make it coherent before entering the FEED or EPC phases
 To ensure adequate inputs for the LLI definitions and associated CFT
 To ensure FEED deliverables are of high quality for EPC CFT
 To promote proven engineering solutions to ensure the safety, operation and maintenance of installations; support innovative solutions when they lead to CAPEX and/or OPEX optimizations,
 To participate in technical reviews, HAZID, HAZOP, workshops, ad hoc meeting as appropriate
 To ensure the timely review of the FEED contractor engineering documents by Project team and approve deliverables. He or She is in charge of or for which an arbitration or a decision might be required, based on the inputs from the discipline leaders.
 Identify, monitor and expedite interfaces with other packages (if any) development that may affect the project planning and the plant integrity/operability
 Initiate and coordinate dedicated studies, workshops and project technical reviews with the support of discipline Engineers
 To contribute to the tendering process, Exhibits preparation and participate in technical clarifications phase
 To ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
 Ensure any technical query and deviation requests are accurately monitored, replied to, and expedited in an appropriate timeframe
 To properly report to FEED manager the progress of the FEED contractor, any technical issue or blocking points in a timely manner

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:


Minimum Education: Engineer/ Master Civil Engineering degree or other relevant and recognized qualification
Minimum Experience: 15+ years proven experience in major oil and gas project, preferably in Onshore large project (CPF, .LNG).
 Extensive Design and construction experience in Oil and Gas. Preferably Onshore

Required Skills /Certifications:

 Proven Major Oil and Gas project developments knowledge and experience.
 Able to demonstrate the ability to execute all phases of the Onshore project (Civil, excavation, roads, drainage, pavements, carparks, stormwater, Structure and ME&I).
 Eye for detail, quality assurance and analytical working are paramount for this key role. Excellent organizational ability
 Requires team spirit with ability to work closely with various stakeholders including diverse international teams, vendors & subs, affiliates, HQ, etc.
 Ability to demonstrate initiative and tenacity and have excellent communication skills.
 Demonstrated experience in leading design team and CFT for EPC phase.
 Must have at least ten (10) years of experience in a similar position for international Oil & Gas industries.
 Total Energies experience is added advantage.
 Past experience on FEED and CFT is a plus.

Language Requirements:

 Fluent English mandatory.
