CPF LLI Package Lead
ACCOUNTABILITIES:

The job holders must possess strong experience in Overseeing all Procurement related Onshore LLI (Long Lead Items) activities for the CPF Project scope of works to ensure a LLI procurement and materials program that meets project needs, is cost effective, timely and compliant with company quality policies and procedures.
Performing all duties in line with Company procedures. The Job holder shall.

 Develop and execute CPF-LLI Procurement Plans that support the project’s goals and objectives.
 Review, assess and approve Contractor’s procurement procedures and processes Represent the quality function in CPF LLI purchasing activities, as well as the quality management system in all aspects of program proposals, processes and documentation.
 Provides quality interpretation of project requirements.
 Establish compliance with project procurement processes and procedures.
 Establish project coordination procedures for LLI procurement and oversee the development of other coordination procedures.
 Work with Vendors to develop and implement overall and individual purchasing plans.
 Review and implement Purchasing and Materials Management plans including plans for purchase of spare parts and for purchase of bulk materials.
 Communicate with PMT on project CPF-LLI procurement activities, progress and issues report schedule and cost data to PMT with regards to LLI procurement activities.
 Manage Contractor CPF-LLI procurement activities.
 Ensure Contractor’s compliance to approved contractor procedures and prime contract coordination procedures.
 Review and modify, as necessary, Contractor’s purchasing and contracting documents to ensure compliance with Company’s requirements including terms and conditions of the contract.

Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:

Minimum Education: Engineer/ Master Offshore Survey or Engineering degree or other relevant and recognized qualification
Minimum Experience: 10+ years proven experience in major oil and gas project.

 Extensive LLI procurement experience.
 Strong expediting management background is essential.

Required Skills /Certifications:

 Major Oil and Gas project developments knowledge and experience.
 Eye for detail, quality assurance and analytical working are paramount for this key role.
 Demonstrate understanding of LLI procurement best practices.
 Intermediate to Expert Equipment and Materials Purchasing Skills (e.g. engineered equipment/bulks)
 Solid experience in quality control (QA/Qc Background).
 Strong analytical, leadership, negotiation and communication skills.
 Ability to operate autonomously on a result orientated basis handling multiple diverse task.
 Excellent organisational and communication skills.
 Ability to work under pressure and manage constantly changing priorities.
 Must have at least ten (10) years of experience in a similar position for international Oil & Gas industries.
 Total Energies experience is an added advantage.

Language Requirements:

 Fluent English mandatory.
