ACCOUNTABILITIES:

The job holder’s responsibility is to develop and implement an efficient Project Management and Control System, in accordance with JOCAP and or TotalEnergies Company Rules and Procedures, and using the best work practices, with the objective of remaining within the agreed Budget and Schedule.
He or She will coordinate all the activities relative to services to the Project, in particular, in the following domains: Budget and Cost Control, Scheduling and Progress Control, Project reporting, Documentation Control
The job holder is also responsible for the preparation of “Project approval steps” (internal/external) if needed during the FEED and Execution phase until the First Gas (planning related)

The job holder shall as well:

 Assists the FEED Manager in the organization and control of the cost and schedule of the FEED
 Ensure FEED contracts are ready in due time for FEED entry
 Involved in the EPC CFT, contracts issuance and clarifications
 In charge of the planning of the FEED, LLI, EPC.
 Review of documents issued by Service Providers
 Ensure the consistency of documents issued by Service Providers with Operating Company Rules in term of, Budget &Cost Control, Scheduling & Progress Control, Project Reporting and Documentation Control.
 Contributes to the achievement of the Project planned production start-up date and strict Project Cost control
 Ensures good relationships with the Partners and Service providers during the whole Project Duration

The job holder shall liaise actively with any Service Provider teams and shall coordinate data and information between them.
The job holder has the responsibility to prepare all contracts/Work Orders (project Control matters) signed with Service Providers, and to administrate them during the execution phase.

Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE :

Minimum Education: Engineer/Bachelor degree in Business management or similar
Minimum Experience: 15+ years of experience in major oil and gas project cost control

Required Skills /Certifications:

 Major Oil and Gas project developments knowledge and experience in Project control Management, with Partner and Government reporting interfaces
 Excellent organizational ability and commitment to meeting deadlines
 Extensive knowledge of project management and project controls principles and concepts.
 Requires team spirit with ability to work closely with various stakeholders including diverse international teams, vendors & subs, affiliates, HQ, etc.
 Strong communication and proficient presentation skills
 Knowledgeable and experienced with cost engineering principles and methods
 Knowledgeable and experienced with schedule and planning principles and methods
 Proficient with project management tools, i.e., planning, cost management and risk management.
 Must have at least ten (10) years of experience in a similar position for international Oil & Gas industries.
 Must have Total Energies experience.

Language Requirements:

 Fluent English required.
 French language skills will assist performance.
