1. Strategy Development: - Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company goals and objectives. - Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and trends affecting procurement practices.

Supplier Management: - Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on criteria such as price, quality, and delivery capabilities. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure high-quality service and optimal terms. - Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to achieve cost savings and quality improvements.
3. Procurement Operations: - Oversee the procurement process from requisition to purchase order creation and delivery. - Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply while minimizing excess inventory. - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
4. Cost Management: - Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost-effective procurement solutions. - Prepare and manage procurement budgets, ensuring alignment with overall financial goals.

Requirements:
Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master’s degree or relevant certification such as CPM or CPSM is a plus). - At least 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. - Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supply chain management, and contract negotiation. - Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and negotiate favorable terms. - Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
