● Age: 30-65 years
● Accustomed to regular business travel
● Previous work or study or other experience in Russia or other CIS countries;
ideally still has a strong network in place
● Trustworthy: says what he does and does what he says; discreet
● Strong managerial skills: can independently build and manage a team of
employees and identify appropriate supporters for outsourced functions;
has proven successful experience managing a team of employees
● Has previous work experience in security, energy, economics, cyber &
technology-related fields and/or experience in government, a state-owned
enterprise or in an international organization
● Currently has the level of mid- to higher-level manager or director in a
company or runs his/her own company
● Currently works as, but is not limited to the roles of: entrepreneur, lawyer,
trustee, former politician/public official, representative of a chamber of
commerce, researcher at a university or think tank, etc.
● English proficiency required, Russian and additional Eurasian languages
are a plus
● Experience with financial tools, including fintech solutions, is a plus
● Autonomous, independent, possesses an entrepreneurial spirit, is a proven
problem solver
● Well-developed social and networking skills
● Can deal with uncertainty and take decisions under pressure
● Affinity towards new technologies and the digital world
● Interested to work in a Western company with a European work culture
