General: -Function as main point-of-contact for Project Owner -Lead and guide the team -Manage all the project interfaces by periodical reviews and communications -Evaluate any changes for cost and time impact on the project -Review and analyze the data collected by his team to identify negative Quality, Cost and Schedule trends and risks for further mitigation -Endorse the progress and final payment verification reports -Report to Head Office for company contract delivery (preparing all supporting documents for invoicing services to Project Owner) -For all supervised staff (as per org charts) :- Set targets, objectives and clear responsibilities; and progressively monitor individual performance against the agreed criteria. Conduct formal appraisals at least annually, and carry out other performance reviews as required
