Responsibilities: ∙ Collaborate with contractors daily to facilitate works planning and control activities. ∙ Ensure the project is compliant with the applicable laws, standards, and regulations ∙ Participate in the interim and final testing, commissioning, and handover processes ∙ To demonstrate visible HSSE leadership generally, and actively partake in all project HSSE initiatives ∙ To demonstrate visible Quality leadership generally, and actively partake in all project quality initiatives ∙ Report to Construction Project Manager for daily and weekly progress ∙ Review and comment on the drawings, technical specifications, procedures and reports produced or revised at site to ensure compliance with the specifications, good engineering standards & practices and the contracts ∙ Identify potential risks or issues at the site in terms of quality, safety and schedule ∙ For all supervised staff (as per org charts) :- Set targets, objectives and clear responsibilities; and progressively monitor individual performance against the agreed criteria. Conduct formal appraisals at least annually, and carry out other performance reviews as required

Requirements: ∙ Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field ∙ Experience managing engineering projects or in a project management role ∙ Strong technical knowledge and understanding of engineering principles, practices, and standards ∙ Valid engineering license in the appropriate state ∙ Excellent organizational and multitasking skills ∙ Effective communication and interpersonal skills ∙ Problem-solving mindset
