Key Accountabilities: - Maintain and update the Stakeholder Engagement Plan to reflect community needs and concerns. - Understand project impacts on local herders, collectors, and residents. - Execute the stakeholder engagement program as outlined. - Provide clear and timely project updates to the community. - Facilitate discussions to gather input from all groups, especially vulnerable populations. - Prepare for community meetings, including logistics and materials. - Ensure herders and villagers can access alternative grazing areas. - Organize health and safety training for local communities. - Maintain consultation logs and document grievances and concerns. - Develop a register to track project commitments. - Implement and explain the grievance process, ensuring accessibility for all. - Provide anonymous grievance boxes in local communities. - Participate in the Grievance Redressal Committee. - Provide regular updates on engagement activities. - Direct NGO or media communications to local authorities as needed. - Facilitate local recruitment processes and provide job information. - Consult on Corporate Social Responsibility programs and assist with their implementation. - Act as a contact for GBVH reports and monitor gender compliance in recruitment and accommodations.

Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as social sciences, community development or related areas. - Additional certifications or training in stakeholder engagement, community relations, or project management would be beneficial.
Minimum Experience: - At least 1 year of experience in community engagement, stakeholder management, or similar roles, preferably within the context of community investment and development projects or corporate social responsibility initiatives. - Experience working with diverse stakeholder groups, including vulnerable populations, in a cross-cultural setting. - Familiarity with rural communities and understanding of their socio-economic dynamics, particularly in the context of resource management projects.
