Roles and responsibilities: · Ensure the timely and efficient execution of control and instrumentation work, adhering to design instructions, company procedures, and project schedules; · Uphold strict adherence to safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle; · Lead and manage the control and instrumentation team, providing guidance and support while assisting in the preparation of budgets and manpower requirements; · Review and approve deliverables to ensure they meet required standards and quality; · Implement portions of the design related to control systems and field instrumentation, including logic diagrams, instrumentation data sheets, requisitions, DCS and ESD systems requisitions, vendor interactions, and attendance at FAT and SAT; · Prepare technical bid evaluations and review vendor drawings for field instruments; · Lead the preparation of essential documentation, including the Instrument Index, I/O list, Cable list, Hookup diagram, MTO, loop drawing, and vessel sketch; · Attend engineering meetings and liaise with other disciplines, clients, and project teams as needed; · Assist the Project Manager or General Manager in preparing proposals by estimating instrumentation activities.
