Job responsibilities: - Channel management: Responsible for analyzing industry dynamics, developing channel strategies, and providing support to channel customers in sales, technology, and products. - Channel development: Responsible for the implementation of sales and marketing plan according to the company's marketing strategy, actively seek and validate the channel business, develop channel cooperation program. - Brand promotion: Responsible for planning and organizing product promotion activities in the target market to enhance the regional influence of the company's product brand. - Sales management: Responsible for implementing the company's sales strategy, conducting sales forecasting, organizing business negotiations to secure customer orders, achieving sales targets, and ensuring timely receivables. - Strategic planning: Combined with annual business planning, key strategies and market updates, planning key business special actions and related specifications. - Product Loading: To accept a goal of completed product loading assigned from country channel sales manager and product manager - Policy and Training Implementation: To perform actions including policy implementation\sample introduction\training\marketing activities Capacity Enhancement: To accept the capacity enhancement goal assigned by country channels sales manager and product manager; - Training and Development: To perform trainings based on comprehensive demands from customer\installer and GTM. The frequency shall be set by channel sales manager and product manager. - Market Analysis: DPP including but not limited overall volume, brand sales share, organization, customer competitor's price etc. - New Business Development: Identify New Business Reseller customers in the market and establish relationships

Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Marketing, Business Management, Computer and Electronics, or related fields. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, keen market sensing ability, and strong adaptability. - At least 3 years of experience in security, IT, or related industries. - Strong logical thinking, ability to work under pressure, and a passion for sales. - Proficiency in Russian/Azerbaijani for communication with customers, along with proficiency in English.
