Job Summary International construction company is looking for an experienced Construction Manager to supervise the execution of construction projects in Azerbaijan. The first project is in the Jabrail region and entails the rebuilding of a town including construction the single-family homes, public budlings and complete infrastructure. Roles & Responsibilities 1.Overall responsibility for the execution of the project provide that it is completed within technical specifications, time and budgetary constraints 2.Continuous on-site supervision of the project 3.Determine resource requirements (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations 4.Plan all operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met 5.Implement measures to improve the organization of work on the construction sites 6.Secure all necessary construction permits and licenses 7.Must ensure work is performed according to applicable laws and regulations 8.Organize execution of orders of inspection services, supervision and technical control 9.Negotiate contracts with subcontractors 10.Looking for contractors and other staff and assign responsibilities 11.Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects 12.Provide detailed reports on timeline, project progress and reconciliations 13.Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure appropriate documentation flow 14.Ensure strict adherence to all health and safety standards 15.Improve worker productivity and ensure compliance with building and safety codes 16.Close cooperation with other internal functions including technical preparation, implementation, procurement, design, legal and finance departments 17.Responsible for professional development of direct reports 18.Improve work processes and information flow at the company 19.Carry out the instructions of the Project ManagerJob Specifications

Requirements Civil Engineering degree (MSc) – others engineering disciplines may be considered with sufficient civil construction experience 7-10 years construction industry experience 5+ years Constuction Management experience in construction industry Proven experience as construction project manager Knowledgeable and up-to-date on all construction methodologies and procedures Experience managing large scale multi-unit residential/office/commercial construction projects Experience managing public procurement construction projects is a distinctive advantage Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as ASME or ISO standards Strong attention to detail to ensure precision in designs and adherence to specifications. Innovative thinking to develop new solutions and improve existing designs. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and methodologies. Commitment to quality and health and safety standards Azerbaijan nationality Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English Good command of English is a non-negotiable requirement. Must be able to clearly communicate in English both verbally and in writing Expert user of MS Office/Office 365, AutoCAD, MS Project Category “B” driver’s license
