Responsibilities: · Ensuring effective implementation of the approved annual brand plan for each brand and achievement of target indicators · Control and coordination of performance for the implementation of marketing activities in all sales channels · Development and approval of a working file for label design, approval of drawings and samples of packaging materials · Researching data on the market position of brands, market categories development and key consumer brand indicators (KPI)
· Education – University degree in Marketing/Economics/Business administration/Management · At least 2 years of experience in Marketing (FMCG) · Fluency in Azeri, Russian; English – at least Upper-Intermediate level · Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Power Point) · Strong project management skills · Understanding the 4P principles · Understanding the work principles of media channels, sales channels · Strong analytical thinking skills · High communication skills · Fast learner · Team player
