5+ years’ experience in a similar role within living, business centers, hotels and etc. industries.
Detailed knowledge of Statutory and Regulatory Procedures.
Detailed knowledge of Technical Systems and Procedures relating to Electrical services specifically including HVAC.
Knowledge of H&S regulations & procedures
Ability to coach and develop people.
Demonstrate man management and negotiation skills.

Job Description
Requirements:
Acting as the on-site representative for company with full responsibility and ownership for the supervision of the Mechanical services installation.
Ensure effective implementation of “right first time” technical delivery of project output by the appointed Sub-Contractors.
Input to the development of the Mechanical elements of the overall construction programme.
Partake in design constructability reviews for Mechanical system designs.
Review, report and look ahead on activities of Mechanical sub-contractors in relation to technical, programme, build ability and commercial areas.
Engaging in look ahead meetings/planning to provide accurate progress/completion information
Contributes to site daily diary recording through field management software
Management of the Mechanical elements of the daily white board meetings
Review weekly Progress Reports for Mechanical and Electrical sub-contractors commenting on resource levels, procurement schedules and early signs of programme slippage.
Assisting the project QS with review and approval of sub-contractor variation claims and progress payment applications
Chairing Mechanical and Electrical technical co-ordination meetings and producing minutes in a timely manner.
Ensure Quality control of the Mechanical services installed works progressively clearing defects identified during engineering inspections.
Planning and Supervising of all systems testing
Liaising with and developing good working relationships with site managers / site personnel on both the company and Contractor teams.
Coordinating with any appointed specialist contractors/vendors.
Knowledge generation re. all technical products incl. statutory and regulatory developments.
On site problem-solving.
Coordination of technical submittals, first of a kind, samples, product selection etc. within programme requirements.
Management of the contractors to ensure proper and timely close out of all punch items identified during company and Client inspections.
H&S coordination of Mechanical subcontractors ensuring that all necessary H&S documentation is in place and approved prior to works commencing.
Organizing of lessons learned exercises for the Mechanical services installations as part of project close-out.
