Undertakes tasks without direct supervision and can take appropriate actions in the event of changing circumstances.

Has sufficient knowledge and experience on a wide range of work activities and equipment

Experience

Minimum 3 years’ experience in the overhaul and repair of rotating equipment

Rotating equipment and machinery disassembly and assembly experience

Education

High school education with a focus on science OR a Technical and Certificate level education in the mechanical discipline

Knowledge

Technical awareness

Knowledge of mechanical concepts

Basic knowledge in a range of ATEX equipment

Measurement Instruments

Vibration Analysis Equipment

Laser Alignment Equipment

Shaft and Coupling Alignment

Mechanical Seals

Balancing Equipment

Plate Heat Exchanger

Skills

Basic English skills, spoken and written

Computer skills in MS Word and MS Excel

Ability to read and assess specifications, drawings, and other technical documents

Ability to use precision tools (e.g., callipers) to take accurate measurements
