Administration Coordinator
Education in Management, engineering, law, accounting or similar.
At least one year experience of construction on project site.
Good English Skill(writing, speaking, and listening)
Azerbaijani (Native Speaker )
Good communication skills and be accustomed to dynamic, fast-paced, multitudinous environment.
Ability to prioritize and organize with excellent calendar management.
Ability to balance workload, ensuring timely and accurate completion of work.
Strong knowledge of MS office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Fully aware of the sensitivity and confidentiality of the position.
Job Description

To handle all Director and Manager administrative duties/executive support and assist the team with coordination and general administrative duties to support the achievement of business objectives.
Coordination with Governmental Ministry/ Authority of Azerbaijan
Perform general administrative duties
Document Management & Control
Document preparation, translation and review
Internal and external communications
Support the smooth flow of divisional / departmental operations and contribute to ad-hoc initiatives/work
