• Ensure project coordination for learning and development projects
• Ensure internal talent acquisition process for development programs
• Collaborate with relevant units to implement talent development and new initiatives for the organization
• Responsible for establishment coordination and development of project concept and realization
• Responsible for the communication, reports, collecting data of development projects
• Present development projects at career events, deliver presentations/training for universities
• Support program mentors on the selection, mentoring and evaluation of process
• Coordinate development of materials to support current and new learning projects
• Train program participants and track performance progress during the program
• Support program participants by scheduling rotations and assignments, to monitor their job contributions
• Schedule and coordinate groups for trainings
• Coordinate program graduates’ allocations process and lead their job contributions
• Deliver training content and materials
• Participate in development of training concept and content
• Ensure that Company Policies and Standard Operating Procedures are adhered to and followed at all the times
